My experience purchasing a vintage Italian lamp from Alessandro was wonderful.
Not only is he an expert in finding these treasures, but he is also a master restorer.
He rewired it according to US lighting standards, cleaned, repaired and accurately described my chandelier in great detail, so I could make an informed purchase decision.
Shipping from Italy to the United States was extremely fast, about one week.
My chandelier was packed so well for shipping that it survived the impact of a forklift in the United States without the glass breaking.
Alessandro was always available via email to answer any questions and help the entire transaction proceed smoothly.
He sent me a video and written instructions on how to reassemble the chandelier when I received it, which made installation extremely simple.
My dream was always to own a Barovier chandelier, but the new ones are too expensive for me.

These chandeliers are stunning, much more authentic & beautiful than anything similar you may buy new.

I bought 2 for a double aspect sitting room.
I didn’t want to have them fitted directly onto the ceiling (I have central ceiling mouldings), so Alessandro kindly added some bronze chain and a rose.
It also came with extra glass drops (just in case) and extra chain (we actually used less). Also dimmable.
I was a bit nervous ordering from overseas, but his helpfulness, communication and attention to detail in packing couldn’t have been better.
Shipping was free & he was very clear and upfront about export tax (thanks to Brexit), so there were no surprises.
The package was delivered through DHL, so easily tracked and arrived sooner than I thought.

This review is late, apologies! I only recently hung the chandelier. This chandelier is for my bedroom above the bed.
I wanted something pink and fell in love with it at first sight. The pink is very delicate, the hoops are a lovely touch, and the entire body is made of glass so transparent it looks like ice floating in the air.
The light is soft, so it never hurts my eyes when I look at it, which often happens when I’m in bed.
Alessandro was quick and courteous in communication. He forgot some pieces in the workshop, but immediately shipped them at his own expense.
Every piece arrived well packed and intact, which is impressive considering their fragility and delicacy.
He also worked with me regarding the price and included complimentary light bulbs.
Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
