Elegant pair of vintage Venetian bedside lamps attributable to Barovier & Toso and dating back to the Forties. The lampshades and bases are made of “Rigadin” glass (Venetian jargon), a ribbed glass processing that conceals the bulb, enhancing the light with a soft diffused effect.

The brass structure, shaped with sinuous lines, gives each lamp a light and refined profile. The switch is integrated directly on the base.

The lamps, restored and in excellent condition, retain an authentic charm of a lived life. On one of the bases, two small almost imperceptible marks can be seen.

Each lamp is equipped with a central E14 light, with suitable adapters easily available online, American E12 bulbs can be used. Upon request, European electrical sockets can be replaced with American ones.
