How can I purchase a chandelier from your site?
You can purchase directly from our online store by adding the product to the cart and completing the payment with credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or other payment methods available on the site. All transactions are protected by advanced and encrypted security systems to ensure the maximum protection of your data.
Can I see the products in person before purchasing them?
Yes, it is possible to view the chandeliers in person at our craft workshop , where we carry out all restoration and preparation operations. The visit is by appointment , so we can welcome you in the best way and show you the available pieces.
Can I request an invoice addressed to my company?

Do you accept installment payments?
Yes, it is possible to agree on a customized installment payment based on the order value and the customer's needs. We invite you to contact us before the purchase to evaluate together the most suitable solution. At the moment, we do not offer direct financing through credit institutions, but we can divide the payment into several agreed installments.

Are the chandeliers authentic period pieces?
Yes. All pieces are authentic and restored in our workshop using artisanal methods, preserving the original historical and aesthetic value.
Has the electrical system been replaced?
Yes. Each chandelier is completely rewired with a new electrical system equipped with a ground wire, maintaining the original character of the piece.
Can I request custom modifications?
In many cases yes. We can intervene on the height of the chandelier, styling it or extending it, on the type of lamp holder and on other technical aspects to adapt it to the specific needs of the project.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship your chandeliers abroad?
Yes. We ship worldwide via international express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, with professional packaging and insurance against any transport damage.
How are the chandeliers packaged?
Each chandelier is placed inside wooden cages or in reinforced cardboard boxes, designed to ensure maximum protection during transport and internally protected with professional materials capable of absorbing shocks and vibrations.

All packaging is designed to ensure maximum protection during transport. Each shipment is insured against any damage, and the customer receives a tracking code to monitor the delivery in real time.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. At the time of shipment, you will receive a tracking code to monitor the package in real time on the courier's website.
What are the average delivery times?
Generally, deliveries occur within 1–5 working days in Europe and 3–12 working days for non-EU shipments, barring any customs delays.
Installation and Maintenance
Are the chandeliers delivered already assembled?
It depends on the model. Some chandeliers are shipped already assembled, secured in wooden cages or inside reinforced boxes filled with protective materials to ensure maximum safety during transport. Others, however, are sent disassembled to reduce the risk of damage: in this case, you will receive detailed instructions that will guide you step by step through the assembly operations.
Is an electrician's intervention necessary for the installation?
Yes, we always recommend having the installation done by a qualified electrician, especially if the chandelier needs to be connected directly to the electrical network.
How can I properly clean my chandelier?
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. For a more thorough cleaning, use a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive products or those containing ammonia, which could damage crystals and metal finishes. I will provide you with a maintenance and safety guide for the chandelier.
Returns, Warranty, and Insurance
Is it possible to return a product?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery, provided that the product is returned in the same condition it was received and with the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the seller.

What should I do if the chandelier arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately and send us photographs of the package and the damages found. The insurance will cover damages caused during transport.
Delivery instructions
At the time of delivery, it is important to check the integrity of the package before signing. In case of visible damage to the packaging, always sign the receipt by writing "reservation for damaged package inspection" and contact us immediately by sending photos of the package and its contents.
