1.The following general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales contract for the products purchased on the website www.lostileitaliano.eu in accordance with current regulations on electronic commerce and distance contracts.
The customer, placing the purchase order, declares to have read and automatically, unconditionally, and fully accepted all the information and general conditions of sale and payment.
The buyer can directly contact the seller if they wish for clarifications.
No other general or specific sales condition communicated by the buyer can be added or excluded from these general conditions. The customer chooses and purchases the products offered online by viewing the informative sheets, descriptive of each item and is therefore the only person responsible for the choice and suitability of the ordered product based on their needs.
The photographs and videos of the products are indicative and not binding; any discrepancies may depend on the computer tools used by the customer at the time of consulting the site.
2.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Within 24 hours of purchase, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and obtain a refund of the amounts paid. As provided by law within 14 days of purchase, the customer has the right to return the purchased item in case it is not to their liking. It is understood that in this case all shipping costs and packaging for the return of the item will be borne by the buyer.
In any case, items not properly packed, damaged by the buyer or for damages caused by the return shipment cannot be replaced or refunded. The customer, upon receipt of the goods and before signing the package receipt notice, must verify:
- that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the accompanying document;
- that the packages are intact, not wet or damaged (in this case, check the contents of the package)
All products I ship travel with insurance for transport damage.
In this sense, in the case of non-integral and / or damaged packaging, the customer may decide to accept with reservation, indicating the detailed and dated reasons, possibly attaching a photograph.
If the customer does not report any reservation (dispute) on the delivery document, they cannot claim any damage and / or shortage due to transport.
In case of replacement, the goods must be well packed and in their original packaging along with the delivery documents.
Once the package is received, the seller checks its integrity and proceeds with the formulation of a repair estimate, in which the goods are not covered by warranty or replacement.
3.CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
The delivery term should not be considered mandatory.
The selling company is considered exempt from any liability in case of delay in delivery, when the delay is due to force majeure.
4.INCIDENTAL CASE AND / OR FORCE MAJEURE
In case of unavailability of a requested item, it is the seller's responsibility to promptly inform the customer; they can decide to cancel or modify the order. In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded.
It is never possible to cancel orders for a customized product.
Billing information or the delivery location can be changed by sending an email notification before the shipping date.

6.WARRANTIES AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
The seller is committed to providing the best possible assistance in the interest of the customer and in compliance with current regulations regarding warranty rights (Consumer Code).
All products come with a 24-month warranty for conformity defects from the date of delivery; while for products invoiced to companies or individuals with VAT number, the warranty is 12 months.
Products must be used correctly and must be properly maintained.
In case of breakage of a product under warranty, it is the customer's responsibility to properly pack the product or any defective or damaged parts in the original packaging and bear the transportation costs.
7.DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times can vary from 3 to 14 working days depending on the requested item. At the time of packing, shipping times must be added, which vary based on the destination.

8.SHIPPING COSTS
