Empire hot air balloon chandeliers in crystal, 8 Lights, vintage 1940s

Pair of Empire hot air balloon chandeliers in crystal, illuminated by 8 candles each. The structure is made of cast brass with ornamental motifs inspired by the Empire period of the early 1800s. From the upper crown descends a cascade of faceted drops that connect to the central crown, which is enriched in turn by hanging drops of crystal and glass. The two chandeliers have been completely disassembled and restored, the brass has been freed from oxidation, the crystals have been removed and cleaned, and then reassembled. Each chandelier has a total of 8 E12 lights (USA wiring) and also works with LED bulbs.
