Pair of Barovier & Toso bedside lamps (abat-jour) in Murano glass, 1950s, Italian mid-century design.


Each lamp consists of a glass base and a central ribbed shade framed by the brass structure. The wavy edge of the glass echoes the shape of flower petals.

Both bedside lamps have been completely restored. The brass has been cleaned of oxidation and the electrical wiring has been replaced. All the glass parts are intact, and each lamp has an in-line switch.

As the space inside the shades is limited, it is recommended to use small E14 bulbs.
