Large Empire Style Chandelier with bronze cast structure, 16 Lights

Large Empire style chandelier with 16 lights, mid-20th century. The chandelier is characterized by rich bronze casting and engravings, enhanced by decorations representing swan heads and various garlands inspired by the decorations of ancient Rome. From the cup at the top, eight sturdy worked chains descend, supporting the structure composed of 16 arms with candle holders for E14 bulbs. The lower part is characterized by a red enamel plate that ends with a pine cone-shaped finial. The chandelier has been restored, the bronze cleaned, and the plate has been repainted as it was in poor condition, thus returning to its former glory.
