Art Deco Chandelier in Iridescent Murano Glass, Vintage

Rare Art Deco Chandelier in iridescent Murano glass, produced around the 1940s. This very particular chandelier was made using the acid glass technique which gives the crystal a changing color. When hit by light, it takes on the shades of the colors of the rainbow depending on the viewing angle. Furthermore, this processing gives the glass a velvety feel to the touch.
The chandelier consists of a large central plate, which conceals 3 lights (E27) inside, the upper part is made up of 12 large curved leaves, and in the center, there is a worked glass tube with a characteristic spring shape. The chandelier has an imposing and harmonious appearance, when the bulbs are turned on, all the leaves light up with iridescent colors creating a charming scenic effect.
The chandelier is in excellent aesthetic and functional condition, the electrical system has been replaced while maintaining the original lamp holder, illuminated by 3 E27/E26 lights, it also works with LED bulbs.
