The seller was amazing with communication before and during shipping! The item arrived packages VERY well in a wooden crate!! It took us a while to get out which is a good thing as it was so safe during delivery! The seller even including all the spare parts for it! This chandelier is everything I was wanting and more! I highly recommend this seller. I haven’t wired it yet as I just hung it up this week with a medallion, I need to finish installing later! But I’m sure it’ll work perfectly! Thank you!!

From beginning to end, my experience with Alessandro has been an absolute pleasure! From my initial enquiry to the day of delivery, Alessandro has been attentive and helpful. He managed to ship the chandelier at short notice and ensured it was meticulously packaged to be certain of it's safe arrival. He was accommodating regarding payment, storage and delivery and even supplied a step by step written and video instruction on assembly and installation. As Alessandro said himself the Murano glass chandelier was precious and therefore it was crucial that it was packaged professionally to avoid damage in transit. I need not have been nervous as all was taken care of by Alessandro. I employed another professional company to carry out the installation and they also commented that everything had been packaged perfectly to enable them with a successful installation. These chandeliers are stunning, much more authentic & beautiful than anything similar you may buy new. And it’s great to recycle ♻️🌎. I bought 2 for a double aspect sitting room. I didn’t want to have them fitted directly onto the ceiling (I have central ceiling mouldings), so Alessandro kindly added some bronze chain and a rose. It also came with extra glass drops (just in case) and extra chain (we actually used less). Also dimmable. I was a bit nervous ordering from overseas, but his helpfulness, communication and attention to detail in packing couldn’t have been better. Shipping was free & he was very clear and upfront about export tax (thanks to Brexit), so there were no surprises. The package was delivered through DHL, so easily tracked and arrived sooner than I thought. My go to ‘happy lights’ on a dismal day 😊

I was skeptical purchasing such an expensive item from overseas, but this experience far exceeds my expectations. From asking questions prior to purchasing, after purchasing, during shipping, and upon delivery, Alessandro has been prompt to put every concern to rest. His packaging of such a fragile item was superior. He even gave instructions on how to safely uncrate my crystal sconces. This review cannot express clearly enough how comfortable I was made. The sconces are beautiful. I have not yet had the electrician connect them so I cannot display them lit, but they are beautiful and balance my wall perfectly. Thank you, Alessandro! Allesandro was a delight to work with. He is a true crafstman with a tremendous dedication to his craft. We ordered two matching chandeliers. Allesandro worked closely with us to provide exactly what we needed. They arrived quickly, incredibly well packaged and are stunning. Our master electrical (who works on many historic homes like ours) said they were among the best he has seen. And, they were packaged with all crystals hung (unlike others were have purchased that take many hours to assemble). So, once unboxed, they were hung in minutes.

We have received this and it is gorgeous. We are waiting for an electrician to hang it so we have not seen it lit yet. All contractors are so busy right now the wait is very long to get anyone. This seller is remarkable to work with. Wish we could meet him and see his beautiful shop but unfortunately I cannot travel to Europe again as my feet are very bad and I cannot walk like I used to. We had 5 wonderful trips there and actually toured Perugia, where the chandelier was shipped from, and it is most beautiful there.

LoStileItaliano is fantastic! I was hesitant to order, sight unseen, from across the world. I had concerns about compatibility and sockets. Alessandro answered all of my questions, and included detailed close ups, promptly and thoroughly. I received photos of the chandelier in various stages of crating and detailed instructions for uncrating. International tracking through Europacco and Fedex was simple and accurate. The chandelier arrived quickly and it was BEAUTIFULLY protected and crated. Alessandro is a consummate professional. I couldn’t be more pleased. The chandelier is beautiful. Questa recensione è in ritardo, mi scuso! Ho appeso il lampadario solo di recente. Questo lampadario è per la mia camera da letto sopra il letto. Volevo qualcosa di rosa e me ne sono innamorata a prima vista. La rosa è molto delicata, i cerchi sono un tocco grazioso e l'intero corpo è in vetro così trasparente che sembra ghiaccio che galleggia nell'aria. La luce è soffusa, quindi non mi dà mai fastidio agli occhi quando lo guardo, cosa che mi capita spesso quando sono a letto. Alessandro è stato rapido e cortese nella comunicazione. Ha dimenticato alcuni pezzi in laboratorio, ma li ha spediti subito a sue spese. Ogni pezzo è arrivato ben imballato e intatto, il che è un'impresa, data la loro fragilità e delicatezza. Ha anche collaborato con me per quanto riguarda il prezzo e ha lampadine incluse gratuite. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto di questo acquisto.
